This Months Tips & Tricks Focus Is On:
When I choose to edit a line using the pedit command I'm always asked "Do you want to turn it into one?" before continuing with the command. Of course I do! Can I prevent the system from asking me this pointless question?
Type the following system variable "PEDITACCEPT". This new system variable eliminates the prompt asking you "Do you want to turn it into one? <Y>" that occurs when you select a non polyline object.
0 - Retains the "Do you want to turn it into one? <Y>" prompt.
1 - The prompt is not displayed and the object will be converted into a polyline.
