Autodesk Vault Professional Tip – Batch Plot Drawings for Assembly

In a previous post we looked at how to export all component drawings for an assembly to PDF from Inventor. In this post I am going to walk you through how to batch plot all assembly drawings to printer or PDF from Autodesk Vault Professional.

How to batch plot all assembly drawing from Autodesk Vault Professional
Vault Professional plot manager will load all related assembly drawings by simply selecting an assembly, this section will walk you through how to use the plot manager.

Step 1: Select > Plot form the standard toolbar

Step 2: From the Plot Manager Toolbar Select > Add and Add Related File Sheets

Step 3: Browse to an assembly you want to load all related drawings from.

Step 4: Click Open to load all related drawings

Steps 5 & 6: Choose your plot setting globally as highlighted in image (5) or configure each sheet setting (6).
