Once again the Adris Annual Inventor User and Digital Prototyping 2015 Launch Day took place at the home of Hampshire’s Cricket Team, the Ageas Bowl in Southampton.
The event was very well attended by both Adris and non Adris customers and was graced with a wide spectrum of users from the veterans of Inventor to the novices that were eager to experience the new software.
Throughout the day there were a number of highly informative sessions and presentations to explore and introduce the innovative features from Autodesk's 2015 manufacturing solutions with a huge focus on Inventor.
As there was a lot of information to digest from this section of the day you can view and download the presentation given by Autodesk's Demir Ali here, so you can explore once more or see for the first time what Autodesk has to offer this year.
Attendees were also treated to an abundance of Inventor Tips and Tricks to show them how to maximise their Autodesk investment as well as teaching them timing saving commands for better projects.
Part of the day also explored the benefits of iLogic from time saving to best practices. This caught a lot of attention and got people talking about how they could use it in their projects.
If you want to take a look at some of the presentations from the day keep an eye out on the blog and our YouTube channel to explore the presentations at your own pace or watch them for the first time.
On the day our exhibitors were kept very busy and captured our attendees' attention with 3T RPD Ltd providing an array of sample products using plastic and metal Additive Manufacturing techniques and 3D Connexion giving an insight into the range of 3D Mice that are available to them.
We would like to thank them for coming along and for their generosity in the donation of prizes for the day which were very well received by the winners.
We were lucky enough to be in conjunction with the Ageas Bowl to give one of our attendees' two tickets to a 50 over game over her choice at the ground.
On the day the attendees were also given the chance to have a go at using Inventor 2015 which gave them a chance to experience the new elements of the software for themselves.
To all that came we hope you enjoyed the day and found the sessions interesting and valuable. If you missed out on the day or want to get to grips with the latest release of the software we have a number One Day Inventor 2015 Update Training available at our training centre on 23 and 30 May, 6 and 13 June 2014.
