Technical Support Engineer
After training in all of our software you will be responsible for:
- the technical support for all of our programmes
- testing new software before it goes out to clients
- responding to client's issues and problems and following them through to conclusion
- feeding back client requirements into our development process
- maintaining records of support calls and other documentation
We receive approximately 150 support calls a month (around 7/8 a day). The role can sometimes get busy so good time management skills are required. The applicant must be able to understand client's problems and get back to them with a solution quickly; we pride ourselves on our 95% first day closure statistic for our hotline.
A degree in civil/structural engineering is essential.
