Inventor User Group 2017

The conference will cover topics ranging from the technology of today and the future of making things, to what is new in Inventor 2018 and the introduction to the amazing Fusion 360. This year, we will also be launching our industry sessions*, covering key programs to automate and streamline manufacturing processes. The breakout sessions this year will be:

  • Woodwork for Inventor: Discover this specialist plug-in and automate key processes when designing furniture. W4I includes powerful tools such as automatic hole creation, BOM generation, automatic CNC paths and extensive material libraries, making it ideal for bespoke furniture.
  • Nastran InCAD for FEA: Streamline the design process by enabling Nastran In-CAD with Inventor. This powerful software allows you to simulate a range of different elements such as linear and non-linear stress, dynamic response, steady state, heat transfer, thermal stress fatigue and buckling. This software is ideal for engineers and product designers.
  • Inventor HSM for CNC: Bridge the gap between design and production. Inventor HSM will allow you to automate the creation of CNC toolpaths for an efficient and precise manufacturing of your products.

Graitec’s Inventor User Group will be held on the 9th of May for Southampton and the 17th of May for Sheffield. You can sign up by following the link below. Don’t leave it too late, as spaces are limited and going fast!
